Photometry - IES Files
From this page you can download IES-format photometric data for all of our products. They are provided as structured ZIP files containing complete product lines. We also provide a bookmarked PDF file index for
both Gardco and Emco to help you in selecting the right file to represent your luminaire. The date listed after each
link is the date the file was last updated.
To obtain single, specific IES files, refer to the "Photometry/IES Files" button within each product section.
IES files are of little use without lighting software like Footprints™, our new iso-illuminance template generator. The data contained in IES files is formatted for efficient software access; it isn't presented in a manner readily understood by a human user.
Note that many of our IES files have been prorated to 1000 lumens. This has been done deliberately so we don't appear to favor one lamp manufacturer over another, and also to encourage users to input an appropriate rating as published in a lamp catalog. If the user changes the "1000" value to an appropriate rating from within his/her lighting software, the luminaire will be accurately represented. NEVER modify an IES file with a text editor.
